Each week, over the full year, students will, write original songs, rehearse, culminating in recording a demo. If you use DAW (digital audio workstations) for your song writing as well as traditional methods, this is the course for you.
Focusing on contemporary EDM & hip hop, rock, pop, folk, punk. Students will examine the different styles of contemporary music and their relevance, learn structured methods, exploring creativity, set up and use a small P.A., rehearsal techniques and preparing for performances.
