Music SA are in the process of designing our Short Course Program for 2022.
Courses will include topics such as:
- Artist management
- Event coordination
- Digital music distribution
- Starting a music business
- Marketing
You will be able to enrol is as many or as few short courses as you like! There will also be different skill levels available, so if you already have some experience, you don’t need to start at the beginning.
We intend that those who complete the program in its entirety will achieve a Diploma of Entrepreneurial Music Business Practice. While this qualification will not be nationally accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework, it will be endorsed by our Music Industry Reference Group as containing up-to-date, relevant and valuable industry skills and knowledge.
While we are very excited about the opportunities that will be available in our new program, we will sadly not be able to offer this as a part of the VET in Schools program (for SACE credits). School students are encouraged to apply for CUA30920 Certificate III in Music (Performance)* instead.
